Corporate reporting is a specialist skill. It involves solid project management, content creation, and data collection aligned to your reporting frameworks as well as the development of reporting concepts, an appropriate structure, and key messaging. I have overseen publications that were rolled out across markets and utilised in high-level stakeholder engagements, such as state house visits and in investor relations.

Given the current economic challenges, many organisations can’t afford to employ a fulltime marketing or communications director. However, accessing this calibre of input for a predetermined number of days per month provides the right balance between speed of progress and affordability.
I fulfil such roles by collaborating closely with your team to address roadblocks, optimise resources, and ensure alignment with your business’s action plan. I can also help you recruit a junior team member, and provide the relevant support to align them with your strategy. During onboarding processes I offer guidance, access to best practice, and troubleshooting assistance as well as mentoring and monitoring.

Workshops mean different things to different people, and often get a bad rap. Some companies want to be entertained, others are seeking internal alignment, while others simply have leftover budget and use them to tick boxes. Regardless, workshops are a financial and time cost, and all too often result in little to no change after the workshop oxytocin rush is gone.
My approach prioritises pre-workshop assessment, facilitation, and using the workshop optimally to exchange views between attending groups. It aligns members with the project vision and objectives, and provides a detailed post-workshop report to kickstart the commitments made during the workshop. I also help identify the best talent to ensure your project objectives are met.
